Danielle Bryce is a certified yoga instructor based in the South Bay of Los Angeles, CA. As an instructor, she thoughtfully designs classes that build strength, create balance, increase flexibility, restore harmony and create synergy of mind, body, heart and spirit. Danielle links the biomechanics of movement with the physiology of the breath to enhance mental and physical performance and endurance.
She aims to guide her students to achieving greater clarity, by helping them to reduce stress and increase mindfulness, essentially promoting a powerful, peaceful and positive energetic awakening. Danielle’s teaching style provides a healthy challenge from the foundational aspects of yoga (asana, pranayama, meditation) and keeps her classes accessible to everyone of ALL ages/ ALL levels from beginners to professional athletes.
Danielle has completed over 400 hours of training, with Mukti Yoga School alone, and has been practicing yoga for 18 years. She has an insatiable thirst to learn and continues to expand her knowledge even having already completed The Foundations Course, Intensive Graduate Training, Vinyasa module, Yoga for Athletes, Meditation and Sound healing courses.
Sports are also her passion, and her personal past athletic achievements scored her a full ride Basketball scholarship at the Division One level and multiple invitations to the US Olympic Trials. She offers sports specific training, and pre/ post / during season focused sequencing to strengthen, maintain and restore equilibrium to bodies placed under the demands that elite sports require. Danielle knows that hard work, focus, discipline, and dedication are the keys to transforming dreams into reality.
She currently offers only a handful of public classes per week in the South Bay as her private, group/corporate, meditation/yoga, special event and team clientele have expanded exponentially the past few years.
