Graduate Module with Julie Rader - 100 hours The Graduate Module is a deep evaluation of the history and philosophy of yoga beyond what is taught in a foundation teacher training. The Graduate Module consists of a deep exploration of ancient texts, chakras, mudras, bandhas, pranayama, philosophy, mythology, and strategies for living a yogic lifestyle. ** Prerequisite: 150 hour Foundation Module with Mukti Yoga School or 200 hour certification from a Yoga Alliance approved school.

Learn how to safely and effectively teach, modify and adjust advanced poses. Learn effective sequencing for designing a class around a 'peak' pose. Learn to incorporate themes into your teaching.
